Our outside world is a reflection of our inner world. When we recognize that our closets and homes are cluttered and full of things that no longer serve us, chances are there are some inner cobwebs that need sweeping as well. Erick French is an expert and advocate in emotional health. Recently publishing the award-winning book Iphelia, as well as a children’s edition graphic novel, French encourages us to “feel our feelings” to maintain a clean and healthy emotional system. It is through these processes that we can tackle Emotional Decluttering, and move forward with clarity in our lives.
Join us this month to delve into the world of Emotional Decluttering with author and LCSW, Erick French. We will start out with a brief meditation led by Erick, followed by a presentation and Q&A on Emotional Decluttering.
